Healing Green Power Juice

Ingredients


Vegetables (80%):
- 2 cups kale leaves
- 1 cup spinach
- 1 cucumber
- 2 celery stalks
- 1/2 cup broccoli florets
- 1/2 lemon (peeled, seeds removed)
- 1-inch piece of fresh ginger

Fruits (20%):
- 1 green apple (for sweetness and additional nutrients)
- 1/2 cup pineapple chunks (for digestive enzymes and vitamin C)

IMPORTANT! This juice is quite strong, feel free to adjust the ingredients and slowly build up your green-juice-tolerance!

Instructions


1. Wash all vegetables and fruits thoroughly.

2. Chop the vegetables and fruits into sizes that will fit your juicer.

3. Start by juicing the leafy greens (kale and spinach) to get the maximum juice yield.

4. Follow with the cucumber, celery, broccoli, lemon, ginger, apple, and pineapple.

5. Mix the juice well to ensure the flavors are evenly distributed.

6. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours.

Daily Quantity Recommendation

Consume 4-5 cups (8 ounces) of this juice daily. It's best to drink it in the morning on an empty stomach and in-between meals for maximum absorption.
