Welcome to Luminous Life

When I started Luminous Life Care, it was with a heart full of belief that no one facing the struggles of cancer should feel powerless or lose their zest for life.

This belief became deeply personal for me during my journey with my beloved Léon. Trying to make sense of all the medical information and different opinions was tough. I often felt alone and powerless, especially when our friends and family couldn't quite grasp what we were going through or how to help. There was so little time to research, and it was overwhelming when I tried.

In all that chaos, I found comfort in something I could control: our nutrition. I've always been passionate about food, and I transformed our meals into a variety of organic, plant-based dishes. I loved experimenting in the kitchen with herbs, veggies, fruits, and legumes.

Seeing how food and Energy Healing affected Léon's energy was incredible. I was just beginning to see the power of this approach, but its impact on him and on our journey together was undeniable.

After Léon passed away in 2021, my focus shifted. I left my career in Finance & Business Strategy to delve into Reiki, Sound Healing, Ayurveda, Meditation, Breathwork, and understanding the Microbiome and more...

Now, I see that we are more than just our physical bodies. We're part of something bigger, and everything from the food we eat to the toxins around us, our thoughts, emotions, relationships, and even sounds, affects our wellbeing. Healing is about the mind, body, and spirit all together. It's not just about getting by; it's about thriving, no matter what life throws at us.

I recently became a proud Trustee of the UK charity, Yes To Life, that advocates for options in cancer care. Yes To Life does important work to bring the knowledge and access available to everyone on their own cancer journeys. In memory of Léon, my mission is to offer the kind of all-encompassing support I wished we had. I want to help others integrate every part of themselves into their healing journey.
